Hi Dave,

I know Auto betting is still being tested. As the testing seems to be running smoothly I thought it pertinent to add some requests:

1. Add option for user to input back/Lay spread by either tick value or %. This is especially important for the Dogs as sometime the Back/Lay spread is far too wide to Lay?

2. Multiple selections (I know I'm pushing my luck!!)

3. Lay field in-play.

4. Back/Lay Fav or any horse in-play with x Odds.

TSM is a superb tool and I look forward to every update.

I have managed to add wishlist number 1. There is an option to check for tick difference before placing any bets.

Multuple selections is still a no go a this time as is betting In Play at this time.

Would opening a separate instance of TSM out of a another folder get around the problem of not being able to lay multiple selections in the same race as part of a staking plan?

Yes you can use multiple instances of TSM. There was an issue where both open instances of TSM would try and access the settings file at the same time causing one of the instances to crash. This i believe has now been fixed in the last update.

When using multiple instances you must use different settings profiles.
If you open 2 instances of TSM and use the same settings profiles, problems may occur in incorrect stakes, settings being used.

If you install TSM into a different directory so that you have 2 installations of TSM on your computer then that is fine is as well. Different settings files would be used so there should be no problems whatsoever.

In either case - setting up correctly with Gruss is essential.
Each instance of TSM requires its own market sheet and its own results sheet in Excel.

For example -
Gruss Software -
Tab 1 - Linked to Excel Sheet 1 and Results set for Excel Sheet 2.
Tab2 - Linked to Excel Sheet 3 and Results set for Excel Sheet 4.

Then all you need to do is match them up for TSM.
If you try and use the same excel sheets through out you will get errors occuring and you will get bets being placed incorrectly.

Do you have plans to add in-play trading/betting e.g.

Back x horse, x time pre in-play then green/red up after x ticks in-play?

And what about multiple selection betting are you any closer to a resolution to this feature?

Now those would be superb additions to TSM

Sorry - no plans for any trading. There must be far better software programs out there to do that.

Multiple selections - I have an idea but its taking a long time to put everything together !

A couple of suggestions from me ..

1. Stop Loss
- I'm not sure if this is already in place or not.?? If it is - Does it look at the 'Global Bank' setting (Or another pre-defined bank. Eg. Kelly Settings with the bank listed as £400 would over-ride the Global Bank set at £1,000).?

2. Profit Stop
- Stop after X number of wins. This could be consecutive wins or better still would be X number of wins from a pre-defined number of bets. I guess this would be 'win streak out of sequence' OR 'loss sequence out of sequence'

3. Profit Stop at % of Bank
- Set the profit to 2% of the bank and TSM stops once this has been reached.

Identifying multiple TSM sessions

Being able to colour code each session of TSM, or better still to hover your mouse over it and for it reveal the name of the folder or renamed .exe file.

I am imagining being able to rename each TSM session as 'Meeting_One', 'Meeting_Two', etc .. so that when I hover my mouse over it tells me which TSM session it is

At the moment they all show "TSM Version 2.0 - Registered mode - Pro"

Not an essential one, but would nice to have

Try the beta release which includes session limits. You can tell TSM to stop after x amounts of winners, x amounts of losing run, x amounts of bets.

Also when you choose a settings profile, the name is placed into the taskbar so that you know which TSM instance to click on.

I would be very interested to know the progress of being able to back multiple selections in a race. What I would like is for a staking plan to be able to calculate a percentage total stake for a race of the overall bank and to split that stake equally on 2 or 3 selections...is this kind of think likely to be possible in a future release ?

What your after could be done. We have dutching 2 selections running ok. What your after is very similar.

Development on TSM will be slow for a few more months. I will put this at the top of the list though.

Great stuff, look forward to seeing that as I will then be able to automate a lot of my selections from my ratings and go and play golf for the day
