Saving Your Data in TSM
On the main menu select File and then Save TSM/CSV/TXT File.
This opens a new screen as shown below - If this is the first time you have accessed this screen you will not have any files saved to your Virtual Profiles yet.
There are several ways to save your data.
1) Save to Selected Virtual Profile
Think of these as memory slots. You have 40 of them. These files are stored on our server in our database. That means that you can access these files from anywhere in the world. Initially all 40 Virtual Files will be shown as 'Empty'. All Virtual Files are saved in the TSM format.
2) Save as TSM File
This allows you to download the data as a TSM file. This is simply a text file with the extension of TSM. The file name is the date and time of the download. You can rename the download afterwards on your computer.
3) Save as CSV File and Save as TXT file
This allows you to download the data as a CSV file or TEXT file. The delimiter used is as per your locale settings in the browser you are using. The file name is the date and time of the download. You can rename the download afterwards on your computer.
