What Is Your Refund Policy?
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all products except for digital items where the item has been downloaded. It is therefore the policy of 1Million Ltd and in accordance with normal trade practice that we do not offer refunds in the case of digital or downloadable products. However if you are not happy with your digital, or downloadable product each case will be looked at on its own merits and discretion can and will be used as necessary.
The following ONLY applies to digital currency purchases made through the payment gateway of CoinPayments.Net. All purchases made through CoinPayments.Net are immediately converted to British Pounds after purchase. This is to counter the volatility and large fluctuations that are historically linked to digital currency.
All refunds given to any purchase made using digital currency will be for the full British Pounds value of the purchase at the digital currency exchange rate at the time the refund is completed. This means that if the exchange rate increases between the time of purchase and the time of refund, the customer will receive less digital currency back than they originally paid. The inverse, of course, is also true. When this is not possible (for instance if the digital currency no longer exists) the refund will be paid in British Pounds directly.
